The Two-Bedroom Suite made my stay enjoyable with its spaciousness and homey feel. Loved the fresh, diverse food at the restaurant, catering to all tastes. Staff showed exceptional hospitality from the front desk to the pool area. However, there were some issues. Housekeeping only provided one towel initially, which took several calls to rectify. The TV remote situation was awkward as well. After arguing with the staff member, I finally received the remote but felt the interaction was uncomfortable. Despite these hiccups, the overall ambiance and friendliness of the staff made a significant difference. The location was also fantastic, allowing easy access to local attractions.

The swimming pool is quiet and absolutely captivating! The staff, particularly Asmita, were genuinely friendly and went out of their way to make me feel at home during my stay.

amenities like supermarkets and restaurants. The spacious two-bedroom suite was perfect for our family vacation! Clean rooms and a delightful breakfast that was served until 2 pm on weekends. However, the thin walls allowed us to hear conversations from neighboring rooms at times.

I had an amazing stay at swiss-belsuites. The service exceeded my expectations, especially the helpful staff, including mr mahmoud who gave us a penthouse tour. The spacious two-bedroom suite was perfect for our family summer holiday.

No hot water in the shower!!! Cleaning of the floor should be addressed as it felt sticky and dusty!!! Amenities' operating hours should be extended during Ramadan!!! Consider adding carpets in living spaces for comfort and noise reduction!!!

I stayed in a Studio for 1 night. The room was spacious and super clean, perfect for our family. The kitchenette was a nice touch, making it feel homey. But, I did notice that accessing the room from parking wasn’t the easiest. it felt a bit confusing. Overall, a great stay with comfy vibes!

I had a fantastic experience at this hotel! The indoor and outdoor pools were so relaxing, and the breakfast spread was amazing with tons of options. However, we did notice the power cut a couple of times during our stay, but they managed it well with a generator.
